AATHMA KARMA
Our trust recently initiated the ‘Aathma Karma’ scheme of undertaking the solemn responsibility of providing dignified final rites to those whose journeys have led them to the streets. In collaboration with local authorities and community partners, we compassionately recover and honourably cremate the bodies of individuals found on the streets, ensuring dignified farewell. With compassion as our guiding principle, we work tirelessly to carry out these final rites in a manner that acknowledges the intrinsic value of each person. We collaborate closely with local authorities and community stakeholders to ensure that cultural and religious sensitivities are honoured throughout the process. Our aim is not only to perform this essential service but also to foster a sense of closure and respect for these individuals within the community it’s our sincere hope that in providing this compassionate service, we contribute to more compassionate and empathetic society.
