TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DONATIONS TO SHREE AKSHAYAPATHIRAM TRUST
Thank you for your interest in supporting Shree Akshayapathiram Trust. We greatly appreciate your generosity and kindness in donating to our cause. To ensure transparency and accountability in our fundraising efforts, we have established the following terms and conditions for accepting donations:
Shipping is not applicable.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded.

All donations made to Shree Akshayapathiram are tax-deductible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Donors can make a donation through our website or by sending a cheque or demand draft to our registered office. All cheques or demand drafts should be made payable to "Shree Akshayapathiram".
Donors can choose to make a one-time donation or set up a recurring donation.
Shree Akshayapathiram will provide a receipt for all donations made. The receipt will be sent to the donor's email address or by post, as requested by the donor.
Shree Akshayapathiram reserves the right to decline a donation if it believes that the donation is not in line with its mission and values.
Shree Akshayapathiram will use the donated funds for the purposes specified by the donor. If the donor does not specify a particular purpose, the funds will be used for the general purposes of the trust.
We will not share the donor's personal information with any third party unless required by law.
We have updated our latest terms on 1st of May, 2023. All terms and conditions are subjected to change when required in future.
Shree Akshayapathiram reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Donors will be notified of any changes.
